Comes with two 10 round magazines. We're customers as yourself not buds employees so we wouldn't be able to tell you the manufacturers date but since firearms are selling quickly I'd imagine it was manufactured within the past year or two maybe less. Can tell you I own one of these but the manual safety version and fantastic pistol,, made it my every day Carry. Hope this helps.
