In the description it says about building it into a rifle or SBR, Wich would mean this is dedicated as a rifle. But find that strange since most ship considered as an other and when you fill out the paperwork the FFL will ask if you want it as a pistol or rifle. Its always smart to tell the FFL to make it a pistol because you can make a pistol into a rifle, you can't make a rifle into a pistol. So if you dedicate it as a pistol and can't find pistol parts you have the option to make it into a rifle, but if you turn it into a rifle and can't find parts to finish a rifle you don't have the option to make it a pistol.
