when I select credit card as payment method it wont let me enter the info before it tries to submit payment and so it creates an error that locks the screen up...

I'd try on a different browser, or different platform. So if you're using your phone try a tablet or computer. If that doesn't work you can contact buds customer service at 859-368-0371 Monday thru Friday 9am to 9pm and they'll be able to complete the purchase. We're just customers as yourself.
