One person indicated it shot high so they filed the sight. They must have filed the rear sight, not the front. Lowering a front sight will make it shoot higher.
Sighting rules: move front sight in direction of ERROR, move rear sight in direction you want round to go.

Yes, filing the front sight would make you raise the barrel up to get it in sight, so would make you shoot even higher. Hopefully someone didn't file their front sight.
