I get an email with Black Friday prices, specifically a typhoon defense shotgun, but when I go to cart it doesn't reflect BF price and won't recognize promo code. Am I missing something??

Jason, I don't think you are missing anything at all, I don't think Bud's has updated their website to reflect the sale that was sent out. Bud's customer service should be able to help you check out at the sale price. 1-859-368-0371 9am-9pm EST Mon-Fri. or use the Blue Chat now button at the bottom right corner 9am to 9pm Mon - Sat and 9am to 7pm Sunday.
