Joseph, Bud's will ship it without the magazines and you can purchase compliant mags. This accepts standard Glock 9mm magazines.

buds will ship it with NO MAGAZINE and then you can get your own mags
Unfortunately buds will remove the magazine but not replace it. During checkout buds has an option to remove the magazine but then you would have to purchase a state compliant 15 round or less magazine to use the firearm. Sorry but hope this helps.
