yes it will be fine with rifled slugs as well as any other 2.5 inch 410 shells It has a 2.5 inch chamber and can NOT use 3 inch shells

Janmichael, no, this is a smoothbore barrel threaded for choke tubes, includes a cylinder choke tube. You can shoot rifled (or foster) type slugs with this gun. Have a great day!

This has a smooth bore and will work well with rifled slugs. Sounds weird but you want rifled slugs in a smooth bore Barrel. Hope this helps.
