Why cant I change my password under account settings?  Every time I reset it and log into and go to change it, the site says my old password doesnt match the records....

That is strange.  I just went to my account and went through the change password option and it worked just fine.  I just had to enter my old password one time, then enter my new password twice.  I logged out and logged back in using the new password and it worked.  I also logged out and tried to log back in using my original password and it did not work....just to be sure I had replaced the old with the new.  If that same process is not working for you ?....then we will need to get the tech folks involved and see what is going on.
