Absolutely nothing but magazine capacity. This one has a 20 round magazine. The more expensive model has a 10 round magazine for state compliance. Other than that they are identical. Hope this helps.

Terry, the rifles are identical. Most manufacturers including Walther Arms make firearm packages that have 10rd magazines so their firearms can also be sold in states that have magazine capacity restrictions. The firearms are exactly the same but just have 10rd mags included. The firearms will also accept any standard capacity magazines just fine. Cheers!
