The dp12 is legal in Maryland. If you click on menu, then customer help, then useful tools, then state restrictions, lastly click on Maryland it'll show Maryland's gun laws. It specifically says the keltec ksg, and dp12 are permitted in Maryland. So you can get either one. Hope this helps.
