Trevor, unfortunately Buds does not ship non compliant firearms to FFL's even if they are willing to do modifications. This has long been their policy. Cheers and stay safe!

Trevor, Bud's will ship any guns unless they are state compliant as is. This is why I have never bought a rifle from Bud's. Everything I want is not complaint, but can easily be made compliant, yet Bud's will not ship.

Sorry but buds won't ship a firearm if it's not already state compliant. The only thing buds will do is remove the magazine. Hope this helps.
