They won't swap the magazine out with a compliant one but they will ship it without the non compliant magazine. Stay safe and happy plinking!!

Unfortunately buds will not replace the magazine. They will remove it but not replace it. If you choose to do so during checkout buds will have an option to remove the magazine. Sorry but hope this helps.

Daryl, Bud's will remove the magazine, but it will be up to you to replace it with a 10rd mag.
