Ryan, unfortunately it is a Right Hand Model but does have a Reversible Magazine Release and Interchangeable Back straps for grip comfort for different sized hands. Cheers and stay safe!

This has a reversable magazine release but the slide stop/release is only on the left side. So this shouldn't be too hard for a left handed person to manipulate. Know caniks are great pistols. Hope this helps.
