Yes, the firearm will ship to any FFL of your choosing. During checkout buds will use your address to give you a list of FFL dealers near you. If you can't find your preferred FFL you have the option to add your own. As for financing the gun will ship immediately. For layaway you have 90 days to pay it off and the firearm ships when you finish paying. Hope this helps
