Got it Tyler. Customer must have FOID (Firearm Owner's ID) to purchase ammunition anywhere in Illinois. It must be faxed or emailed to us prior to shipment. Buds Fax : 1-800-804-5569. Email is FFL@BudsGunShop.com (Ammo will then be shipped to you).
