Patrick, it is actually more comfortable than you thing and the pistol will print far less than with an outside the waist holster. I carry both ways depending on the pistol I am carrying that day. Cheers and stay safe!
It is painful. I carry a small sig p365 xl inside the waist band and it's not very comfy even with a decent holster. But I prefer concealed carry vs open carry and I like how it holds the firearm tight against me. I prefer either inside the waist band or a shoulder holster that sits under your arm. Just depends on what you prefer.
It's not comfy but having the peace of mind knowing you can defend yourself is worth it. It's also nice not showing everyone, everywhere you go you are carrying. Most hybrid holsters like this one are a little more comfortable due to some sort of in lining like leather or a neoprene derivative. All kydex holsters will keep the weapon a little more secure though. It's a trade off. I prefer the hybrids for IWB and kydex for OWB. Stay safe and happy plinking!!
its easier to conceal as the lower part of the holster and gun does not peek out from under your shirt and with a proper holster there is minimal contact of the gun against you skin and is comfortable
