Daniel, yes Sir. This shotgun has a 3 inch Chamber and can fire the shorter 2 3/4 inch shells no worries. Same concept as a .357 Mag revolver being able to fire the shorter .38 Special cartridge. Cheers and stay safe!
Daniel, yes its has a 3" chamber, so you can shoot either 2 3/4" or 3" shells. I personally own this gun and shoot 2 3/4" shells every time I go to the range. Have a great day!
