I STRONGLY recommend that you go to a range and shoot as many rental guns as you can If you do this you will soon know what you like and dont like. The G3c that James recommends is a excellent gun. my wife carries Taurus 856 38 special revolver because she hates semi auto guns and she des not shoot the well
