I think it is however its not on Buds list of approved guns https://oag.ca.gov/firearms/certified-handguns/search?make=150972 so i suggest that you check with your Local FFL to be 100% sure. If it is then you would have to Contact Buds Customer Service at 1-859-368-0371 9am-9pm CST Mon-Fri. or use the Blue Chat now button at the bottom right corner 9am to 9pm Mon - Sat and 9am to 7pm Sunday. and they will help you . We are not buds employees we are volunteers that answer questions.

Stephen, yes this is CA compliant, it is on the CA DOJ roster of approved handguns. Bud's does not have it listed as CA compliant, you may need to call Bud's customer service to complete the order. 1-859-368-0371
