No, this is not compatible with saiga 30 round drums. This takes either mka 1919 magazines or AR12 magazines. Item number MKAA1 is a 20 round drum, just type the item number into buds search and itll pop up. Yes, this is perfectly legal in Michigan. Hope this helps.
