Yes. Just have to get the right mounting plate. As these sights are very sensitive I recommend sighting it in and leaving it on the pistol and not changing them back and forth as you will have to dial it back in everytime. There is a battery tray so you never really have to take them off.. Stay safe and happy plinking!!

This will definitely fit the sig p365, if you're Glock has a Shield/J point footprint plate it will fit your Glock. Hope this helps.
