Yes, this has a reversable magazine release and has a ambidextrous safety. So this can be easily handled by left or right handed people. Now the slide release/catch is only on the left side but I'm sure with some practice it will become easy to manipulate. I have a p365 xl and fantastic pistol, quickly became my every day Carry.
