Henry, All of the Tavor models have Barrels stamped 5.56NATO so all will fire both 5.56 and .223 ammunition no issue. Cheers and stay safe!

Henry, the one you listed has an 18" barrel, the other one that just says 5.56 budsgunshop.com/product_info.php/products_id/12014/iwi+us+inc+tavor+x95+556+nato+flat+dark+earth+165 has a 16.5" barrel. They will both shoot either 5.56 or .223. Have a great day!
