Loubna, unfortunately it is not with the 11rd magazine. NJ has a 10rd capacity magazine limit. Buds will ship without the non compliant magazines but you will need to acquire 10rd magazines separately. Like NY, Anything more than 10 round capacity in NJ is a Resounding No. But, Buds should be able to send any size magazine with a firearm to your FFL dealer & they can "Pin" the magazine to the 10 round capacity. Hope this helps.

Yes, this is new jersey compliant if you have buds remove the magazine. During checkout buds will offer to remove the magazine but they won't replace it. So you will have to purchase a state compliant 10 round magazine separately to use the firearm. Hope this helps.
