Only real difference I'm seeing is the 415009218 has an ambidextrous safety and this one just has a standard safety on the left side of the pistol. Other than that they look identical, they have the same sights, grips, trigger, bullet proof Hammer, fluted match grade Barrel. So other than the safety not finding any difference. I'd personally go with the cheaper one with ambi safety. Hope this helps.
