Unfortunately since it's used no, smith and Wesson warranty only applies to the original owner. I know they have great customer service so you may still be able to get it fixed but can't guarantee it. You can always purchase buds Lifetime warranty during checkout Wich means buds will fix it free of charge if anything happens to it. Sorry but hope this helps.
