Leonard, NY legal, the KSG is a pump action shotgun not a semi auto so none of those evil features apply to its legality, second NY safe includes a high capacity feeding device limit of 10 rounds (cant load more than 7 if not at a nra certified range) not a weapon capacity limit. It sure can. Since this is a pump action it's perfectly legal in new York. Pump action shotguns don't have the same strict laws like semi automatics. Hope this helps and enjoy.
