No, this just has picatinny rail on top. This is a mlok handguard, Wich you can purchase mlok picatinny rails to add rails to it. Or they make plenty of mlok accessories like flashlights, foregrips, or whatever you may want to add. So you can add plenty of accessories to the bottom they just mount a different way.
