not unless you can find a 10 round capacity mag and then get it without a 17 round magazine

This would be without the magazine but unfortunately they dont make 10 round magazine for this that I can find. The lowest capacity magazine I can find is 17 rounds. So it is legal if they ever make lower capacity magazines for it. Sorry but hope this helps.
Donnell, it is NJ legal but not with the 17rd Magazine. I do not know of the availability of a 10rd Magazine for the Brugger & Thomet B&T USW-A1 9mm. Cheers and stay safe!
