No it will not. That holster is for the HK USP, which is a completely different gun.

This is the holster Buds sells for a Shield. https://www.budsgunshop.com/catalog/product_info.php/products_id/714012894/BH+SERPA+CQC+BLPDL+MP+SHIELD+RH+BLK I wouldn't take a chance on the holster made for any other pistol.
