Wraparound grips with finger grooves on this model (T380DT8WRAP, buds #48545) and regular side panel grips on 16311.

John, the Lower front wraparound finger groove grip panel on this model and the plain 2 side grips panel on the Model 16311. Magazine and other features are identical. Cheers and Happy holidays!

John, the one showing has wrap around rubber grips w/finger grooves. Model 16311 has regular grips. Have a great day!
