Bill, yes Sir it is Drilled and Tapped and comes with the pictured . The supplied two piece base works but, I went with the stronger and more versatile one piece Picatinny Mount here : https://www.diproductsinc.com/Detail.aspx?PROD=164825 ----------- Cheers and Happy Holidays!

Yes, all ready to mount up a scope or if you'd prefer a red dot then I'd run a piccatinny rail.
