Not sure if Sig makes this in a Lefthand configuration but that safety may be ambidextrous at the very least?

No but, this Sig P365 comes with an ambidextrous thumb safety which is really well designed and mag release on the SIG P365 is reversible. The slide release unfortunately is right handed and not ambidextrous. Cheers and Happy Holidays!
