Frank, it is NJ legal, it is in the same classification as the Mossberg Shockwave, not a pistol, not a shotgun, just a 'firearm'. I am in NJ and know the laws pretty well here. Have a great day!

Frank, there are zero restrictions on this configuration in NJ. The grip, as on the Shockwave makes it classified as a Firearm and not an NFA item requiring a $200 Tax Stamp. Cheers and Happy Holidays!

Your best & safest bet is to contact your local FFL dealer that you would have it shipped to.
