Sean, not in this particular case Sir. Buds has a tendency of improperly listing .410 shotguns with the 45LC designation. This is in error and firing 45LC should not be attempted through this firearm. cheers and stay safe!

Sean, shotgun is designated for .410 only.  I would not attempt to shoot 45LC , this is a typo on Bud's part. Have a great day!
