As mentioned, gen 3's come with 2 15rnd mags/no Backstraps. If you live in a state that is anti-gun then buds would send this with no mags. You'd have to buy 10 rnd compliant man's for your state. If you purchase through your LGS then your shop would just pin the 15 rnd nags to 10 to make them compliant.
