I'm looking for ammo that I can shoot in my 1940 something M1 Garand that won't damage my rifle. Are these safe to shoot in my M1 Garand or are they to hot of a round? I just don't want to damage my gun or myself. Thank You!

Nelson, Sellier and Bellot makes an M1 Garand specific load that I highly recommend.
