Morrisha, The sights are the only difference. This was forever listed as 91253. The new ones out are 89253. Not listed on CZ and no clear indication on the difference. They had supply issues with tritium so they replaced with luminescent sights. They look like a normal white three dot. The luminescent though is useless and fades quickly to zero. So, go with 91253 if you can find one and get the tritium sights. Have a great day!
