Glock 19 Gen3 9mm Pistol
Christopher, it ships with 4.6" Zaffiri Precision Threaded Barrel (pictured), Custom Bear Cut Optic Slide and no extra barrel. It is a Customized (not by Glock) made in the USA pistol. Cheers and stay safe!

This does come cut to accept an optic but does not come with an extra Barrel. Hope this helps.
