"The following are prohibited: A fixed, tubular shotgun magazine that holds more than 28 inches of shotgun shells, including any extension device that is attached to the magazine and holds additional shells.* Shotguns that come with a non-tubular, detachable magazine, box, drum, feed strip, or similar device that is capable of accepting more than 8 shotgun shells when combined with a fixed magazine." -------------- This shotgun holds 16 rounds (3x5 tubes plus 1 in the chamber) 28" of shotgun shells=10- 2¾" shells max or 9-3" Magnum shells, this will hold 16.
