It says "This Magnum Research is in very good condition with some light scuffs" and Buds normally is "tough" and accurate on their grading of Used firearms. It looks like a very nice gun. But you can call buds 1-859-368-0371 9am-9pm EST and ask questions about it
Frank, Buds rates their used firearms very conservatively. This pistol should be in very good/excellent condition. You should call Buds Customer Service at (859) 368-0371 (available 9AM to 9PM EST Monday through Friday). Ask to have their inventory dept send you some better pictures. If you find anything you don't like on a Buds firearm, just refuse transfer for a suitable replacement or refund.
