Stephen, Bud's has been charging sales tax for quite some time now. They are required by law to collect the sales tax for the state in which you live. Have a great day!

Unfortunately buds had to start charging sales tax by law. Dont know of any online shop that doesnt charge sales tax anymore. Everything is taxed anymore.
