No, unfortunately there are enough features that make this a non-compliant firearm for NJ.

Unfortunately no, even without the magazine this has to many restricted features like magazine that attaches outside of the pistol grip, threaded barrel and manufacturers weight of over 50 ozs. Sorry but hope this helps.
