Joshua, firearms cannot be shipped to a PO Box, they must be shipped to a FFL near you that you choose. When the gun arrives, you would go to your FFL, fill out the required paperwork, and the FFL would initiate a background check. When you pass the check, the FFL will transfer the gun to your possession. Most firearms ship direct from Bud's warehouse, some ship from one of Bud's affiliates.
