James, are you absolutely sure you typed in the number exactly as it appears? Like typing the letter O instead of Zero? Or maybe the letter I instead of the number 1? Sometimes even a missing dash between the numbers will cause this. It needs to be typed exactly as it appears on the box. That is the only thing I can think of. Good luck!

Id double check to make sure you typed everything in perfectly. I just had this issue the other day trying to use a gift card. It's like they try to make it hard for you to enter the correct information. I personally have never had any type of issue like this and hopefully contacting trijicon tommorow you can find out what's happening. I'm sure if for some reason it did come up counterfeit buds would make it correct. Hope this helps
