I live in Maryland the hand gun which I'm about to purchase comes with a 12+ rind magazine. My state only allows a 10 round magazine. Will Buds switch the magazine forms? It's a option at check out which ask do I want the magazine removed. If I check yes will the gun come with no magazine or a 10 round magazine?

Robert, unfortunately Buds will only remove non compliant magazines currently. You would need to purchase compliant magazines separately. Cheers and stay safe!

No, unfortunately every online company ships it without the over 10 round capacity mags to our Anti-gun states and don't swap out for the 10's.
Now I know if my FFL orders one with larger mags they pin mags to appropriate capacity.

Sorry but no, buds will remove the magazine but not replace it. During checkout buds will have an option to remove it. Sorry but hope this helps.
