Brian, this model does not have last round bolt hold open. Cetme/G3's don't have a last round hold open. You have to use the hold open notch for the charging handle and then swap magazines.

No it does not. The SPTR uses the top notch to hold the charging handle open.

Mine does not lock back on an empty mag.
