Yes, during checkout buds will have an option to remove the magazine for states with magazine capacity restrictions. Just click on yes and they'll Remove it but then you will have to purchase a state compliant magazine to use the firearm. Hope this helps.
Yes, they will ship w/o the magazine. Unfortunately they don't swap it for a 10 round compliant mag.
Benigno, yes Bud's will remove the 17 rd magazine. This can be done during checkout, after you choose your ffl, it will ask if you want the magazines removed. Have a great day!
