The Maximum 10 is the amount you can order the most of in one order. As far as the "Special Order" aspect of this I'm not sure about.

Maximum quantity 10 just means you can only purchase 10 in one purchase, there could only be a few left in stock. Special order means it's not Shipping from buds. When you finish making a special order buds will then notify their distributor that you purchased this and then buds distributor will ship it to you. This can take a little longer but shouldn't be much longer of a wait. Hope this helps.

Jayson, it is currently in stock at a 2nd party and Special Order means Buds may need an extra few days to acquire it but it is available for ordering now through Buds. Cheers and stay safe!

Jayson, usually special order means it is shipping from one of Bud's affiliates, so shipping could be a little longer than usual. Since Bud's has the option to choose your serial number, I would think Bud's has this in stock at their warehouse. According to the serial numbers, there are only 4 left in stock, so not sure why you can add 10 to your cart.
