Since it's a pump action this is perfectly legal in new jersey. Pump action shotguns don't have the same restrictions like semi automatics. Hope this helps.
The only restrictions on pump action shotguns in NJ are related to magazine capacity (limited to 10) this one has a 4+1, so your good to go. Full details here https://www.budsgunshop.com/feeds/state_reg/new_jersey_restrictions.pdf
Justin, fortunately PUMP Shotguns do not carry the same stringent restrictions as Semi-Auto Shotguns and is perfectly legal in New Jersey. Cheers and stay safe!
No worries about this pump action. The stock with pistol grip is fine.
Justin, there are no restrictions on pump action shotguns (besides 10rd capacity). You can have a pistol grip, telescoping stock, bayonet lug, flash hider, whatever you please (much to the dismay of Dictator Murphy). budsgunshop.com/feeds/state_reg/new_jersey_restrictions.pdf .....Have a great day!
